As I told you before, you can use this software for creating sophisticated animations with everything that comes to your mind... just imagine: do you want to see your own design taking part in a congestd city?... it is possible!! In this software you will find the animating tools in the same workspace.
SolidWorks
The same. In the newest versions (from the 2005), SolidWorks allows you to animate your models... just imagine too: you build the model of your idea (let's say a windscreen wiper system), and then you can make the system work on your screen... great!, isn't it?
In SolidWorks, the animating tools are also in the same workspace (you only need to click on a tab called "Animation", at the low part of the screen)

Remember that you can animate your characters the way you want, no matter if it is a human being, or an animal, or a robot: everything is available for animating; and it is pretty easy, because Poser allows you to move every single part of a body with individual movements (independent from the other parts, but keeping the coherence with the entire body). As it happens with SolidWorks and 3DSMax, the animating tools are in the same workspace. In the end, you can save your animated work and then send it to another software for creating the full render video.
